Warranty information

10 Year Limited Warranty

This non-transferable warranty covers all Invisi-Fast Hidden Deck Fasteners unless excluded below.

M.M. Products, Inc. warrants its hidden deck fasteners to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Warrantor will replace any Invisi-Fast Hidden Deck Fastener that has material defects resulting in fastener failure within the time specified above for the use from the date of purchase.

This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, improper installation, and treatment in a manner other than is intended. Warrantor’s lone obligation is limited to replacement of the Invisi-Fast Hidden Deck Fastener, and Warrantor shall have no further liability or obligation except as purposely stated in this document. This warranty does not cover the costs of installation, removal, reinstallation, decking materials, or installation tools.

M.M. Products, Inc. will not warranty the use of the Invisi-fast Original Hidden Deck Fastener with hardwood decking products.

Failure to follow the instructions, requirements and recommendations, or warnings provided with the product shall make the warranty invalid. M.M. Products, Inc. reserves the right to investigate any claim. Decking applications using this product must comply with all local zoning and/or building codes. M.M. Products, Inc. does not assume any risk or liability associated with the use of this product. Wearing proper safety equipment and other necessary action should be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project.

Invisi-Fast Plus Warranty

The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Any goods proven to be defective due to materials will be replaced, or purchase price
refunded. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. User shall determine the suitability of the product for its
intended use and assumes all risks of its use or handling. There are no warranties on screws or tools sold or recommended. Please contact M.M. Products for shipping
information. M.M. Products, Inc. is not responsible for damages caused by excessive shrinking or expanding of treated lumber due to moisture.

Making A Claim

To make a claim under this warranty to receive replacement product, complete the following:

Prepare a letter which includes the following information:

    1. A list of the type and number of fasteners for which the claim is made.
    2. Proof of purchase of the product.
    3. Reason for claim.
    4. Include pictures and other information to establish a claim.

Be sure overhang tabs are flush on top of ledger board. Use center screw location going into ledger unless wood perfection is present. If the center screw hole cannot be used, use one of the other two available screw holes. The Invisi-Fast NO SPACER should be placed on the farthest edge near the outside corners and in-between the joists elsewhere. Where the two boards meet (butt joint), use one Invisi-Fast NO SPACER on either side of the joist underneath the deck board to secure the end of each board."}]},{"type":"list-item","children":[{"type":"text","value":"Place the first deck board using the desired overhang. Install two screws into the deck board using the two holes provided in the underside of Invisi-Fast NO SPACER. Tighten the screw so the screw head is recessed into the fastener but not too tight.
