Warranty information

10 Year Limited Warranty

This non-transferable warranty covers all Invisi-Fast Hidden Deck Fasteners unless excluded below.

M.M. Products, Inc. warrants its hidden deck fasteners to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Warrantor will replace any Invisi-Fast Hidden Deck Fastener that has material defects resulting in fastener failure within the time specified above for the use from the date of purchase.

This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, improper installation, and treatment in a manner other than is intended. Warrantor’s lone obligation is limited to replacement of the Invisi-Fast Hidden Deck Fastener, and Warrantor shall have no further liability or obligation except as purposely stated in this document. This warranty does not cover the costs of installation, removal, reinstallation, decking materials, or installation tools.

M.M. Products, Inc. will not warranty the use of the Invisi-fast Original Hidden Deck Fastener with hardwood decking products.

Failure to follow the instructions, requirements and recommendations, or warnings provided with the product shall make the warranty invalid. M.M. Products, Inc. reserves the right to investigate any claim. Decking applications using this product must comply with all local zoning and/or building codes. M.M. Products, Inc. does not assume any risk or liability associated with the use of this product. Wearing proper safety equipment and other necessary action should be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project.

Invisi-Fast Plus Warranty

The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Any goods proven to be defective due to materials will be replaced, or purchase price
refunded. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. User shall determine the suitability of the product for its
intended use and assumes all risks of its use or handling. There are no warranties on screws or tools sold or recommended. Please contact M.M. Products for shipping
information. M.M. Products, Inc. is not responsible for damages caused by excessive shrinking or expanding of treated lumber due to moisture.

Making A Claim

To make a claim under this warranty to receive replacement product, complete the following:

Prepare a letter which includes the following information:

    1. A list of the type and number of fasteners for which the claim is made.
    2. Proof of purchase of the product.
    3. Reason for claim.
    4. Include pictures and other information to establish a claim.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Starting from the outside, attach the Invisi-Fast with no spacer between each joist. *Install first board with proper overhang and secure using the top holes (Deck Board Holes) of the Invisi-Fast fastener.

*For a more sound deck and to prevent squeaks, we recommend applying a 3/8” bead of Silicone or Construction Adhesive along joist before installing Invisi-Fast hidden deck fastener to help fill in voids and imperfections on the mating surfaces between the joist and deck boards. Not applying adhesive will not compromise stability.

Step 2: Using the Invisi-Fast with spacer, slide the convenient Overhang Tabs under your first deck board for hands free attachment. Then, using an approved deck screw, fasten the Invisi-Fast to the joist using a lower hole. We recommend one screw to be fastened into the joist. The other 2 holes are to be used as backups (if wood imperfection is present.)

Step 3: Secure the deck board by using the corresponding upper hole. Note: When 2 boards meet each other on a joist, install an Invisi-Fast on each side of the joist.

Step 4: Slide in your next deck board. Flip the deck board (top surface facing down) onto the previous deck board and align.

Step 5: Place the Invisi-Fast Plus fastener anywhere between the joists, align the Plus fastener using the alignment mark and fasten using the 2 screw holes.

Step 6: Flip the board over, making sure the board is flat on the joist and tight up against the Invisi-Fast with spacer. Continue this process for the length of the deck.

Note: Prior to securing the final board, cut your board to size if necessary. Using the Invisi-Fast without a spacer, secure the Invisi-Fast to the inside perimeter board (rimboard) using the lower hole. Then once all perimeter fasteners are secure, fasten your final deck board using the upper deck board holes.
